I have found out! If you drink water you will get good skin it will look lovely and soft! POO! My skin has got more soft a lot more I used to drink water a load but I am drinking water a load more and more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
